News Groups

Back in the day before the internet as we know it existed there was usenet (later known as News Groups). Back when i was younger the whole news groups  system was more common. As you can see from the screenshot below that newsgroups have become less useful with little new content and lots of spam.

It took some hunting to find some decently active groups that weren’t full of offensive spam just to take the screenshot.
